Requirements for Enlistment of Incoming First Year Students (SY 2012-2013)
1. Completed Report Card (Form 138) from Grade 6 or Grade 7 with no grade below 85 in all subjects in all grading periods. ( Those who are using the 'letter-based' grading system example A, B or C should give an equivalence in numerical value of their grading system.)
2. Completed Application Form.
3. Certification from the school that the student has not been a subject of disciplinary action.
4. Payment of Entrance Examination Fee P 250 (upon completion of the requirements). Please put all the requirements in a long brown envelope and submit them to DepEd Las Pinas at Gabaldon Building, Diego Cera Avenue, Elias Aldana, Las Piñas City, Metro Manila.. Incomplete documents will not be accepted.
4. Other additional requirements as requested by DepEd Las Pinas.
